Our stand-alone bases are designed without the flat aluminium platform typically used to create uniform gaps between battens. This allows for open spacing, making them ideal for applications where airflow, visibility, or light penetration is essential

Our spacer base is a precision-engineered solution designed to streamline batten installation with exact spacing and alignment. Each base features a flat aluminium platform positioned beside the mounting point, allowing battens to clip on securely and maintain consistent millimetre spacing—customised to suit the batten profile.

This system eliminates the need for sheeting over external substrates prior to cladding. The integrated aluminium platforms ensure full coverage of the surface with no gaps between battens, saving time, labour, and materials while delivering a clean, architectural finish
